Each year the Rotary Club of Merrimack Scholarship Fund Inc. (RCMSFI) awards several scholarships to deserving students in the Merrimack community.

Four of the scholarships are made available by the generosity of the Merrimack Rotary Club. The other awards are made possible by the RCMSFI endowment fund and businesses within the community.

Awards range in the amount of $1500 to $7500.

The scholarships are given to selected recipients after successful completion of their first semester of study with a commitment to continue with their higher education.

Awarded to students who plan to further their academic study in the broad category of the arts.

Awardees are selected based on financial need, commitment to artistic pursuit, and talent.

Past applicants have been interested in pursuing careers in vocal music, journalism, instrumental music, and visual or dramatic arts.

Awarded to students who plan to pursue a higher level of education in the vocation annually selected by the current Rotary Club of Merrimack President.

Awardee must have demonstrated a commitment to their chosen field of study through academics and outside involvement in their vocation of interest.

Award based on financial need, commitment to their field of study, and talent.

Awarded to students who demonstrate a strong commitment to a particular field of study and can demonstrate their ability to put people first, do the right thing and make a difference.
